https://smartpress.com/ – solid array of papers (including felt weave 80#), free samples, tons of products. Beautiful quality of printing from vector art. Really nice customer service. Will also address and mail stuff for you. Amazing prices.
https://www.catprint.com/ – haven’t used them yet, but they seem to have a great array of paper stocks, including felt, linen and cream card-stock. Good prices.
